Part Time Production Team Members

Job Description

               
  • Perform General Physical Activities — Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs such as lifting, stooping, stacking and organizing parts, deburing, unloading machinery, grinding, tapping, drilling, chamfering, polishing, packaging, sawing, and handling of materials.
  • Inspect Equipment, Parts, or Material — Inspect equipment, parts and materials to identify the cause of errors or defects, to sort defective parts, or to count parts
  • Control Machines and Processes — Use either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes.
  • Communicate with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Provide information to supervisors and co-workers regarding work progress
  • Identify Objects, Actions, and Events — Identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
  • Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings — Monitor and review information from materials and events, to detect or assess production issues.

Required Education

Must be 18 or Older

Required Characteristics

  • Must be motivated and willing to come in early or stay over and work Saturdays to achieve production goals.
  • Must have a positive attitude as well as a willingness to pitch in and help fellow team members to achieve production goals.
  • Must be willing and able to perform any job assignment as production levels require shifts in job assignments including alternate shift schedules.
