Three Promises We Make to our Customers

Every day, our customers face challenges. And new ones, too—each different from the day before. And yesterday’s solutions won’t cut it today, anyway.

In a fast-paced, ever changing world, our customers demand excellence of themselves; and in turn, they demand excellence of us. We’re up for that challenge. Our minds and machines approach to problem solving make the following  three promises to our customers:

 Innovative Technology

Today’s customer is looking for products and services produced by relevant, industry-leading technology—which can change frequently. Some companies lag behind, but as Tritons, we’re dedicated to continually acquiring technology and innovative equipment that allows us to serve our customers to the highest standards. For example, the addition of cobot technology to our arsenal will revolutionize how quickly and efficiently we produce products for the Triton customer. And you need innovative minds to match the technology, too. Our team creatively combines this technology with processes that capitalize on all the technology has to offer.

 Continuous Improvements

It’s important to stay abreast with your customer’s ever changing needs, and it’s important that it’s done so thoroughly and efficiently. We evaluate all aspects of our business relationships and processes to ensure we can consistently meet the needs of our customers. This year, we’re going to make a 20,000 square foot addition to our 93,000 square foot facility, expand our team and their knowledge, and begin implementing cellular manufacturing into our production processes. This comprehensive approach makes our minds smarter, our processes consistent and our work conditions better. These advancements mean we can do more, and we can do better than we ever have before.

 Customer Satisfaction

People aren’t looking for just the right product at the right price. They want to know that their business will be handled with care and intention—and we take that seriously. Caring is one of our core values. That’s why we’ve developed a company culture of Tritons who take great pride in their work and put the customer first. We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer’s experience, and so we’ve recently invested in a shipping department that includes our own fleet of trucks and created processes that ensure our products are delivered on time.

This progress reflects our commitment to operational excellence, so we can make a meaningful difference in the world around us. I feel privileged to share the Triton Way with our customers and our community…and hope it offers some good ideas to bring back to your business, department, or job.
