Inspect equipment, parts or material - Inspect equipment, parts and materials to identify the cause of errors or defects, to sort defective parts and to count parts.

Communicate with supervisors, peers or subordinates - Provide information to supervisors and co-workers regarding work progress.
Identify objects, actions and events - Identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
Monitor processes, materials or surroundings - Monitor and review informatino from materials and events, to detect or assess production issues.
Required Experience
Must have 1-2 years of production experience with a metal manufacturer.
Must have the ability to read and interpret gauges such as calipers, micrometers & etc.
Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Characteristics
Must be motivated and willing to come in early or stay over and work Saturdays to achieve production goals.
Must have a positive attitude as well as a willingness to pitch in and help fellow team members to achieve production goals.
Must be willing and able to perform any job assignment as production levels require shifts in job assignments including alternate shift schedules.
